With 45+ years of experience in the glazing industry and two+ years working at a building envelope testing laboratory, Kevin brings deep technical knowledge to every decision USGA makes. "I grew up with 'old school' values and like to believe there are still honest people in the construction industry."

Jonathon Bo

Estimator

Jonathon supports USGA's estimating work, putting together the takeoffs and pricing that shape a project bid before ground is ever broken. He coordinates with the rest of the estimating and project management teams to keep those numbers realistic once a job is underway.

Abram Robin

Estimator & Software Engineer

Estimating is one half of Abram's role at USGA. It covers quantity takeoffs, specification review, and vendor pricing that help turn a project's drawings into a number the team can commit to, along with day-to-day project support as jobs move forward. The other half is technology: he builds and maintains the internal software tools USGA relies on, including this website, so the way the company runs keeps up with the way it builds.

Cesar Nisthal

Project Manager

Cesar has more than 17 years of construction experience and has been with USGA since 2016, progressing from Project Coordinator to Assistant Project Manager to Project Manager. He works directly with clients, vendors, and field labor to keep projects moving, with career projects including The Linden, The Murano, and Balboa Park Upper Yard.

Cristian Espinoza

Project Manager

Cristian’s path to project management began in the glazing trade itself. With 20 years of field experience, he developed his expertise as a leadman with companies such as C/S Erectors and Architectural Glass & Aluminum before transitioning into project management. That hands-on experience continues to shape how he manages projects for USGA each day, helping keep clients, vendors, and crews aligned and working toward the same goal.

Jason Lauria

Project Manager

Jason joined USGA in 2024 after a distinguished 24-year career as a Union Glazier that began with an apprenticeship in 2000. Throughout his career, he has gained extensive experience in both field operations and office management, providing him with a unique understanding of projects from installation through closeout. USGA is only the second company Jason has worked for during his 27-year career, reflecting his belief in loyalty, accountability, and building lasting relationships. Before joining USGA, Jason spent more than nine years leading a commercial service division, where he developed a reputation for responsiveness, problem-solving, and customer-focused project delivery. His experience spans everything from service and repair work to complex commercial glazing and building envelope projects, giving him a well-rounded perspective on the industry and the challenges clients face. Today, he serves as a Project Manager and Estimator, overseeing a wide range of projects from small service work to large-scale commercial glazing installations. Jason's combination of hands-on trade experience, operational leadership, and project management expertise allows him to anticipate challenges, develop practical solutions, and keep projects moving forward. His commitment to customer service, quality workmanship, and long-term client relationships makes customer satisfaction the driving force behind every project he manages.

Martin Cornejo

Production Coordinator

Martin began his career in the glazing industry in 2020 as an apprentice with Local Union 169. Since joining USGA, he has gained hands-on experience in glass fabrication, CNC programming, and installation, contributing to notable projects including the Marriott Hotel Berkeley, Gateway at Millbrae, and Transbay Block 2W. As Production Coordinator, Martin plays a key role in supporting shop operations and project execution. His responsibilities include coordinating materials, managing inventory, supporting production planning, and overseeing project logistics. With a strong foundation in both field and shop operations, Martin continues to expand his technical knowledge and leadership experience while helping ensure projects move efficiently from fabrication through installation.

Sean Youngblood

Draftsman

Sean apprenticed in 2010 with Local Union 169, building experience in fabrication and material delivery before progressing into Shop Manager work, including fabrication and programming responsibilities on projects such as the Towers at Rincon and Residence Inn Berkeley. Sean continues to expand his knowledge of all aspects of the company and grow within USGA, Inc.

Alina Dominguez

Controller

Alina brings more than 10 years of financial management experience to USGA, where she has been a valued member of the team for the past 5 years. As Controller, she oversees the company’s accounting and financial operations, including payroll, job accounting, accounts payable and receivable, financial reporting, and account reconciliation. She plays a key role in maintaining accurate financial records, supporting day to day business operations, and ensuring effective financial processes across the organization.

Elena Mendez

Payroll Manager

Elena had 2+ years of Human Resources experience before joining USGA in 2019. She started as an Administrative Assistant, taking on Human Resources responsibilities alongside payroll, and now serves as Payroll Manager, managing the company's payroll systems.

20+ years of glazing field experience; expertise in curtain walls, metal panels, window walls, and panelized units.

Sean Gunter

Foreman

Sean leads a field crew on USGA's glazing installations, translating the schedule into the day-to-day sequence of work that actually gets a project finished. Keeping the crew safe and the site organized is as much a part of the job as the glazing itself.

Gerardo Gonzalez

Foreman

Gerardo oversees installation on-site and watches over the details that separate glazing work that merely passes inspection from glazing work that's actually done right: fit, alignment, and finish. He's the person a crew looks to when a job needs a steady, experienced hand.

Carlos Flores

Foreman

Carlos keeps the line open between the field and the office, making sure progress, material needs, and changes on-site reach USGA's project managers before they become a problem. That coordination is what lets a project move without the surprises that slow other jobs down.

Jose Rangel

Foreman

Every USGA job site looks a little different, and as a Foreman, Jose adjusts his crew's approach accordingly. What doesn't change from site to site is the standard: the same care and the same attention to a clean installation, wherever the work is happening.

Juan runs his crew with clear direction and careful, no-drama execution, getting each step of an installation right the first time. It's the kind of consistency that keeps a glazing project moving safely from rough-in to finish.
