Who we are
USGA Inc. is a Bay Area glass and aluminum glazing contractor, founded in 2007 by Kevin Youngblood, who brings more than 45 years in the glazing trade, on a simple standard: be honest with people, understand the work, and do the job right the first time.
USGA was built the way it still operates today: through reputation, completed work, and relationships, not marketing. What started as a small team grew because the work held up and clients kept coming back, with estimating, project management, engineering, the shop, and the field working from the same plan instead of handing a project off blind.

From Our President
USGA was built on a straightforward belief: be honest with people, understand the work, and do the job right the first time. Since 2007, we have brought that approach to every project, from the first conversation and coordination effort through final installation.
I am proud of the buildings we have helped create, but I am even more proud of the people behind them. Our team continues to learn, solve difficult problems, and give clients the quality and direct communication they should expect from their glazing partner.

Why choose USGA
Experience at every stage
Trade knowledge connects early planning, system coordination, fabrication, and field installation.
Honest, direct communication
Straight answers and a realistic assessment of what the project needs, without sales pressure.
Solutions for complex work
Unusual conditions and difficult installations get the attention and coordination they require.
A partner throughout the project
Preconstruction & Design-Assist
We get involved early, when input on system selection and constructability still has the most impact on the outcome.
Engineering & Coordination
Drawings, systems, and unusual conditions get reviewed and worked through before they become field problems.
Fabrication & Custom Systems
When a project calls for something outside a standard catalog system, we build it to fit.
Installation & Project Delivery
Careful field execution, managed closely, through to a clean closeout.
What we install
One connected team
Estimating, project management, engineering, the shop, and the field all work from the same plan instead of separate departments handing a project off blind.

Kevin Youngblood
President
LeadershipWith 45+ years of experience in the glazing industry and two+ years working at a building envelope testing laboratory, Kevin brings deep technical knowledge to every decision USGA makes. "I grew up with 'old school' values and like to believe there are still honest people in the construction industry."

Alina Dominguez
Controller
LeadershipAlina brings more than 10 years of financial management experience to USGA, where she has been a valued member of the team for the past 5 years. As Controller, she oversees the company’s accounting and financial operations, including payroll, job accounting, accounts payable and receivable, financial reporting, and account reconciliation. She plays a key role in maintaining accurate financial records, supporting day to day business operations, and ensuring effective financial processes across the organization.

Jonathon Bo
Estimator
Jonathon supports USGA's estimating work, putting together the takeoffs and pricing that shape a project bid before ground is ever broken. He coordinates with the rest of the estimating and project management teams to keep those numbers realistic once a job is underway.
Abram Robin
Estimator & Software Engineer
Estimating is one half of Abram's role at USGA. It covers quantity takeoffs, specification review, and vendor pricing that help turn a project's drawings into a number the team can commit to, along with day-to-day project support as jobs move forward. The other half is technology: he builds and maintains the internal software tools USGA relies on, including this website, so the way the company runs keeps up with the way it builds.

Cesar Nisthal
Project Manager
Cesar has more than 17 years of construction experience and has been with USGA since 2016, progressing from Project Coordinator to Assistant Project Manager to Project Manager. He works directly with clients, vendors, and field labor to keep projects moving, with career projects including The Linden, The Murano, and Balboa Park Upper Yard.

Cristian Espinoza
Project Manager
Cristian’s path to project management began in the glazing trade itself. With 20 years of field experience, he developed his expertise as a leadman with companies such as C/S Erectors and Architectural Glass & Aluminum before transitioning into project management. That hands-on experience continues to shape how he manages projects for USGA each day, helping keep clients, vendors, and crews aligned and working toward the same goal.
